Homeowners Association
The Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation existing to help uphold the
covenants, as well as maintain, enhance and protect the common areas and interests of the
neighborhood. Each member of the Homeowners Association pays assessments (dues). The
assessments are used to pay the expenses of the community such as
entrance monuments, landscaping for the common area, mailing costs for newsletters
or other correspondence.
Assessments are collected annually and are currently set at $70. Checks should be made payable to “Doral Ridge Estates Homeowners Association”

HOA dues and billing increments are reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and are therefore subject to change with a thirty day notice to the homeowner.
